Abstract
A testament is an active dynamic archive which can be found quicly, it has high utility as well as high legal immunity which is enforcing the honor of the subject (the testament makers), the assets and the recipients. the basic reasons uderlining a subject creating a testament are psychological consideration, justice, biology, spriritual, sociology, and sustainability of the assets. through management approach, the process of the creating a testament has fulfilled the management criteria according to the concept of james A.F. Stoner (1986), involving: planning, organizing, leadership, and controlling.
