Abstract

The life of a prosperous society and is an ideal condition to be the desire of every citizen. Therefore, the fair when efforts were made to create these conditions. In addition, efforts should also be made to eliminate or at least anticipate andeliminate the factors that cause and prevent the achievement of the ideal conditions expected. This phenomenon is referred to as a social problem regarded as conditionsthat could hinder the realization of social welfare.The aim of this study was to investigate the process of empowerment made by social institutions against children in Village Badran, patterns and forms of communication are built and the impact of the empowerment process communication. This research method is descriptive qualitative. The resource persons were residents of Village Badran RW 11 with a total of 11 informants. Data collection methods that I use is interview, observation and documentation, while data analysis was done by using several measures such as data reduction, data and conclusions. Through this research process, the author reveals that the role of social institutions in Village Badran has an impact on social changes RW 11, particularly in promoting effective communication patterns of growth and development of children. In the process of empowerment of the role of parents in the family will determine the growth and development of children, young people and local community Badran amended so that they remain proud to be Badran. Negative stigma that has been turned into a positive affect people's lives, thus Badran Village RW 11 community still trying to maintain the good things they had done together and open to learning new information to Kampung Badran better in the future.
