Abstract

Based on the results of field observations, it is known that the Kalurahan Srimulyo, Kapanewon Piyungan, Bantul Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta consists of 22 hamlets with 14,300 plots of land. And currently the Srimulyo Village has a village land area of 563,462 m . If that area of land can be utilized and developed for the community and adapts to the characteristics of the Srimulyo residents, it will prioritize agriculture, animal husbandry, and tourism. And the function of the land is utilized and developed so as not to threaten the potential of agriculture, animal husbandry, tourism and the availability of food. So the village treasury land not only increases the village's original income, but also improves the welfare of the village community. Then, what lies behind this research is the 2 importance ofutilizing and developing the Village Treasury Land from the Kalurahan Governmentin developing culture welfare community, and administeringvillage. And therefore, to find out what are the policies of the Srimulyo Village Government, this research is entitled "Village Government Policies in Utilization and Development of Village Treasury Land in Srimulyo Village, Kapanewon Piyungan, Bantul Regency". This study focuses on the policy of the Srimulyo Village Government regarding.It should be noted that in this study, the researcher used a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques such as observation, interviews and documentation, namely the researcher tried to describe the data according to the field as close as possible to the original. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the utilization and development of Village Assets, especially Village Treasury Land which is also regulated in Srimulyo Village Regulation Number 6 of 2020 concerning the Utilization of Srimulyo Village Land to support the administration of Village governance, improve the welfare of the Village community currently running well. It's just that the Village Cash Land which is managed to be utilized and developed is still not optimal due to the lack of innovation and creativity in the use and development of the Srimulyo Village Government. The suggestion put forward for the Kalurahan Government is that in the future the Kalurahan Government's policy is more focused on how to utilize and develop the Cash Land. A more creative and innovative village.
