Abstract
Archives and documents are an energized symbol, such as collection of letters or letter containing a sense and have value of future benefit for SMEs, SMEs letter archieving and output objects.SMEs must conduct reguler documentation and make up grade at any time. the role of archievs is very important for SMEs, for that we have to do campaigns that archive is brain energy for MSMEs, and also archive is a report for external parties particularly for banks.
