Abstract
The era globalization and liberalization require financial isntitutions to implemet the financial system following the demandof the international finacial institutions. This is because the existence of financial institutions can not be separated from the international financial institutions ranging from service user (custemers) and facilitation such as a credit card, debit card, ar ATM. Bank that do not provite facilities and pruduct exellence will as the course the serrious product that carry consequences for prospective clients and custumers. As a result of requariments for prospective creditor bank the complecate the rural poor above the poverty is rural areas untouched by the banking system and have difficulty accesing bank to abtain venture capital. This is because the poor do not have the condition have stipalated by the bank. The impact is strongly felt by the rural poor who need capital for home-based businesis. The role of microfinance as asperhead in powerty reductions has gained recognition nationally and internationally. In the hamlet Sindet, micro and small busineses, better known by the peoples economy is the largest group of economic actors in the economy. Micro economic enterprice is one of the saving and last busines in adventage such as providing jobs for local resident, the local use of natural and create value added rural economic develpment.
